Bill and Sandy Papagno own CruiseOne, Montrose and Bikes on Board. They both have hearts to serve and a passion for travel. “We don’t just book your cruise; we make sure it’s a dream cruise and we love taking care of all the little details!” Bill was born in Argentina and is fluent in Spanish; he will handle all aspects of your sailing. Sandy was born in San Diego and loves Mexican food. She is the “C.F.O.” of the company, “Chief Fun Officer” and will be planning and coordinating all the exciting activities.

James and Lorena Rudolph will be your tour guides in Mexico. They have always loved adventure-travel and riding their bikes. They integrated their love for travel with riding bikes and offer bike-riding tours of Mexico, which they have been doing for four years. Lorena, a native Spanish speaker, born and raised in Mexico has first hand knowledge of the culture and sights of Mexico. James with his innate passion for biking, travel and adventure made (makes) a perfect complement to Lorena's knowledge of the native countryside, language and culture.
